What is the minimum contract term?

Our standard AMC term is 12 months, billed annually. We also offer 24-month and 36-month terms at discounted rates. Multi-site clients can consolidate billing under a single enterprise agreement.

Do you maintain spaces you didn't design?

Yes — approximately 40% of our AMC clients come to us for ongoing maintenance of spaces designed by other firms. We conduct a full facility audit before onboarding to document the condition of all systems and establish a service baseline.

What is the emergency response time guarantee?

Professional and Enterprise clients are covered by a 2-hour response SLA for Category 1 emergencies (fire, flooding, total power loss) and a 4-hour SLA for Category 2 issues. Essential plan clients receive 4-hour Category 1 response during business hours and best-effort after hours.

Are consumables and spare parts included?

Standard consumables (filters, bulbs, minor fixings) are included in all plans. Major spare parts (e.g. compressor replacement, main switch replacement) are billed at cost plus a pre-agreed margin, always with prior client approval. We provide a transparent price schedule on onboarding.

How do I raise a maintenance request?

Via the client portal (web or mobile app), by WhatsApp to your dedicated account manager, or by calling our 24/7 maintenance desk. All requests receive an acknowledgement within 15 minutes and a response within the contracted SLA. Every job is tracked to closure on the dashboard.
