We begin by understanding your organisation deeply — through interviews with leadership, observation of how your teams actually work, and analysis of your brand, values, and strategic direction. This shapes everything that follows.

From the discovery insights, we develop a spatial concept — a big idea that unifies the design. We present this through mood boards, material palettes, and a space plan that shows how your people will move through and use the office.

Design Development & 3D Visualisation

The approved concept is developed into detailed technical drawings and photorealistic 3D renderings so you can see precisely how every space will look and feel before a single wall is moved. Materials, furniture, and lighting are all specified at this stage.

Our in-house project management team takes full ownership of the execution phase — coordinating every trade, managing the programme, conducting weekly quality inspections, and sending you a progress report every Friday afternoon.

How long does a typical corporate office project take?

Timeline depends on size and complexity. A 5,000–10,000 sq ft office typically takes 10–14 weeks from design sign-off to handover. A 30,000–60,000 sq ft office typically takes 6–10 months. We provide a detailed programme at the proposal stage so you can plan your move-in date with confidence.

Can you design and execute without disrupting our current operations?

Yes — phased delivery is one of our specialities. For occupied offices, we develop a phasing strategy that keeps working areas operational throughout the project. Noisy and dusty works are scheduled outside business hours where required. We've successfully delivered major renovations for clients who stayed in the building throughout.

What is your typical price range per square foot?

Corporate office fit-outs in Bengaluru typically range from ₹1,800–₹4,500 per sq ft depending on scope, material specification, and complexity. We provide a detailed, itemised BOQ at the design development stage so you have full transparency before any work begins. We don't do per sq ft lump sums — you know exactly what you're paying for.

Do you handle furniture procurement and installation?

Yes — our turnkey service includes furniture specification, sourcing, procurement, logistics, and installation. We work with both premium Indian manufacturers and select international suppliers, and we manage the entire supply chain. You receive one invoice and one point of contact for everything.

Do you provide 3D visualisations before execution begins?

Yes — photorealistic 3D renderings are a standard part of our design development stage. We present walkthroughs of key spaces including the lobby, boardroom, open plan floors, and any feature areas so you can confidently approve the design before a single wall is touched.

What happens if there are defects after handover?

All Elevare projects include a 12-month defects liability period during which we rectify any workmanship defects at no additional cost. We also offer Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) that provide ongoing preventive maintenance, emergency response, and periodic refreshes to keep your space in pristine condition.
